1. Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Omniway. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. Please note the following conditions apply:
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@omniwayhub.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
2. Receive a Return Authorization: Once we review your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
3. Ship the Item: Please securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging and include the Return Authorization Number. You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item unless the item was received damaged or defective.
3. Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item arrived damaged or defective.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same steps outlined in the “How to Initiate a Return” section. Once we receive the item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damage or defect to help us process your claim quickly.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Custom or personalized products
7. International Returns
For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, and any other fees associated with returning the item(s) to us.
